PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire insertion jig capable of easily and accurately inserting a reference wire and guide wires, when treating the femoral neck fracture and femoral trochanteric fracture.SOLUTION: The guide wire insertion jig comprises a guide block 10, and a guide plate 20 to be attached to any side of the guide block 10. The guide block 10 includes: a first reference plane 12 brought into contact with an outer peripheral surface of a bone； and a guide wire insertion surface 15 having a prescribed insertion angle with respect to the first reference plane 12, where guide wire insertion holes 11 penetrate the guide block 10 till the first reference plane 12, perpendicular to the guide wire insertion surface 15.
