A sheet shaped therapeutic substance transfer apparatus used for holding a sheet shaped therapeutic substance on a head and subsequently affixing the sheet shaped therapeutic substance onto an affected area, comprising: a vent pipe connected to the head and internally storing fluid wherein the head has a surface formed in a convex shape, and a plurality of vent apertures to eject the fluid in a direction approximately perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the vent pipe, is formed in the surface, the sheet shaped therapeutic substance is adsorbed in the surface such that the sheet shaped therapeutic substance is held when a pressure of the fluid is made negative, and the adsorbed sheet shaped therapeutic substance is removed and blown off from the head when the pressure of the fluid is made positive.
