PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide L-ascorbic acid glucoside-including liposome that has excellent instantaneous permeability, high skin-whitening effect, excellent compatibility with a large variety of compounding agents, hardly causing discoloration and smelling with time and can be used in a variety of compounding forms.SOLUTION: In this L-ascorbic acid glucoside-including liposome solution, the content of the phosphatidyl choline in the phospholipid constituting the liposome is more than 70 wt.% and 0.1 to 1 pt.wt. of L-ascorbic acid glucoside is added to 1 pt.wt. of phospholipid.
