PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent releasing device, different from a conventional one, which despite using a carrier with less volume cn hold a sufficient amount of agent liquid, is capable of being adapted for various applications such as an application for releasing over a long period or for being placed in a narrow part as the result of its reduced sizes, and capable of adjusting a releasing amount of the agent.SOLUTION: An agent generating member 3 is provided with a carrier made of PVA sponge having continuous pores, the carrier being soaked with an agent liquid that is gradually releasing the agent.
