PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine air bubble producer capable of stably producing fine air bubbles suppressed in the irregularity of a diameter, and to provide a washing device, a showering device, and a fish preserve using the same.SOLUTION: The fine air bubble produce is equipped with a pressure feed part of a liquid fluid, a nozzle part for leading out the liquid fluid and a gas supply part for supplying a gas into the nozzle part. The nozzle part is equipped with a housing and the cylindrical member arranged in the cylindrical space part of the housing and equipped with the hole part of which the end part in the direction at least coinciding with the opening direction of the cylindrical space part is opened and which is opened to the peripheral wall of the cylindrical space part.
