To provide a fluid sterilizer capable of enhancing sterilization performance by ultraviolet ray.SOLUTION: A fluid sterilizer 1 has: a cylindrical body 5 having two inflow ports 5a1 and 5a2 from which a fluid flows into a flow channel through which the fluid, which is a target for sterilization, flows in an axis direction and an inflow port 5b from which the fluid flows out of the flow channel； and light sources 3a and 3b having a semiconductor light-emitting element ejecting ultraviolet ray to the fluid.
