PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrient function food easily absorbed into body.SOLUTION: A nutrient function food contains vitamin C blended so to be adapted to a specification reference of a nutrient function food, selenium, and a silicon particle consisting of water soluble silicon. A particle diameter of the water soluble silicon is preferably 1 to 10 nm. It preferably contains the vitamin C of 85 to 95 mass%, the silicon particle of 1 to 5 mass%, and selenium of 0.5 to 2 mass%.
