PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-effect method for skin care.SOLUTION: A skin care method includes a step of performing beauty massage of the scalp of a treated person applied with a cosmetic for scalp containing an extract of seaweed, preferably, brown algae, and applying a cosmetic to the face of the treated person after the beauty massage. Preferably, the beauty massage includes the steps of massaging the scalp of a parietal part, massaging the scalp of a temporal part, and pulling up the scalp of the temporal part, maintaining the scalp as it is for several seconds, and restoring a pulled-up state, in this order.
