The present invention relates to a laser generating apparatus for skin treatment, comprising: a laser handpiece for skin treatment having a laser generation unit embedded therein and provided with a permeation window unit, which permeates laser and comes into close contact with skin of a treatment target portion, at a lower surface； a control body provided with a control unit which controls operation of the laser handpiece for skin treatment, and a cool water supply unit which supplies cool water to the laser handpiece for skin treatment； and a handpiece module unit coupled to the control body to be separable and including an operation control line unit which connects the control unit and the cool water supply unit to the laser handpiece for skin treatment.
