The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus for a laser handpiece for treating skin and a laser generation apparatus for treating skin including the same. According to the present invention, cooling water of a first cooling water circulation line unit cooling a laser generation unit with cooling water circulated by operation of a first pump is cooled by a first cooling water cooling unit and cooling water of a second cooling water circulation line unit cooling a transparent window unit of a handpiece with cooling water circulated by operation of a second pump is cooled by a second cooling water cooling unit. Accordingly, a malfunction caused by heat generated during operation is prevented and durability of the laser generation unit is increased, thereby reducing maintenance cost and realizing stable skin treatment.
