The present invention relates to a technology of cooling an ultrasonic treatment device, and more particularly, to a technology of effectively cooling heat inside a cartridge including an ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic treatment device of the present invention comprises: a cooling module (210) having a transducer (205) and a hollow type ventilation hole (208) for discharging heat generated by the transducer to the outside； and a cartridge case (209) including an ultrasonic wave transfer medium (202) formed of a liquid such as distilled water. The cooling module including the transducer generates ultrasonic waves while being moved inside the cartridge. The cooling module is coupled to a handpiece connection unit (207), wherein the handpiece connection unit is coupled to a handpiece, and includes a moving guide (203) for assisting the movement of the cooling module and bellows (206).
