PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable component for a patch device capable of adjusting the distance between electrodes and having a structure for EMI countermeasures, and a biosensor device. A stretchable flexible component for a patch device includes wiring, a first cover member covering the wiring, and a second cover member covering the wiring, the first cover member and the second cover. The members are engaged with each other so as to form a stretchable part, and the first cover member and the second cover member integrally function as a faraday cage.
