PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for objectively determining a flavor preference.SOLUTION: A flavor preference evaluation method includes: a cerebral blood flow measurement step of measuring variation of a cerebral blood flow of a subject when he/she smells a certain flavor； and a preference evaluation step of determining a preference of a subject with respect to a flavor on the basis of a brain region where a cerebral blood flow is increased.
