PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net locking member that enables a net for prevention of intrusion of small animals to be easily fixed by an operation performed from one side of a fence by one person, when the net is fixed by fixing means in the state of being annexed to a fence surface.SOLUTION: A net locking member includes: an approximately U-shaped locking piece 2 that is locked to peripheral edges 51a and 61a of both of openings communicating with each other an extension piece 4 that is elongated from one end of the locking piece and that is provided with a plurality of high-frictional-resistance parts 6 along a longitudinal direction and a stopper piece 10 that has a stopper hole part 11 provided with a check structure inhibiting return by being engaged with the high-frictional-resistance parts when the extension piece is inserted from its end.
