PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the friction resistance between the inner periphery of a bearing or a pinion gear with the outer periphery of a spool shaft by improving the wear resistance of the spool shaft.SOLUTION: A spool 12 is formed from aluminum alloy, and an anodic oxide coating layer 81 is formed on the surface layer side of the spool 12 by anodic oxide coating treatment.
