The bidirectional interaction apparatus having an owner call function by a pet comprises: a pet terminal which includes a camera, a microphone, a voice output means, an image output means, and an input means including at least one call button capable of being operated by a pet and transmits a preset terminal call signal for an owner by operation of the call button an owner terminal which is possessed by an owner and includes an input means for various operation commands, a camera, a voice output means, and an image output means and a server which matches information of the pet terminal, each call button of the pet terminal, and information of the owner terminal corresponding to the same to record the matching results and enables a bidirectional communication by connecting the pet terminal or the owner terminal corresponding to the call signal transmitted from the owner terminal or the pet terminal.
