A method, including performing a first registration of atracking system, which is configured to track a location of aprobe within a human body organ, with a baseline coordinatesystem, and measuring first locations of the probe within theorgan following the first registration. First indicatorsmarking the first locations with a first visual effect arepresented on an image of the organ, at positions on the imagethat are determined based on the first registration. Aftermeasuring the first locations, a second registration of thetracking system with the baseline coordinate system isperformed, and second locations of the probe within the organfollowing the second registration are measured. Secondindicators marking the second locations with a second effect,which is visually distinct from the first effect, are presentedon the image of the organ, at positions on the image that aredetermined based on the second registration.
