PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transmit values measured by a measuring instrument to another instrument without the need of complexifying the measuring instrument in structure.SOLUTION: An information provision system includes: an electronic device (a mobile phone) 100 and information provision devices 300. The electronic device 100 includes: a camera taking an image of a health measuring instrument a controller deciding whether measured values of the health measuring instrument are included in the image taken by the camera and a communication unit transmitting the information on the measured values to the information provision devices 300 if the measured values are included in the image. The information provision devices 300 includes: a storage for storing the information on the measured values and a controller for making an analysis based on the information on the measured values.
