PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic having good dispersibility in an oil phase of an ultraviolet scattering agent, being excellent in storage stability, giving no stickiness, and imparting fresh feeling upon application.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic is characterized in that (a) one or two or more silicone activators being modified with any of a carboxyl group, an amide group, a pyrrolidone carboxyl group, an ester group, a glycerin group and a polyglycerol group and having an HLB of 8 or less: 0.01 to 7 mass%, (b) a low-viscosity silicone oil having a viscosity of 1 to 100 mm2/s at 25°C: 1 to 50 mass%, (c) an ultraviolet scattering agent consisting of hydrophobic treatment inorganic powders: 0.01 to 30 mass%, (d) a water-soluble polymer compound: 0.01 to 5 mass%, and (e) one or two or more nonionic surfactants having an HLB of 10 or more: 0.01 to 3 mass%, (f) water: 5 to 95 mass% are contained in a whole cosmetic and the (c) component is dispersed substantially in an oil phase.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】紫外線散乱剤の油相中への分散性が良好で、保存安定性に優れ、且つべたつきを感じさせず、塗布時のみずみずしい感触に優れた水中油型日焼け止め化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】化粧料全体において、(a)カルボキシル基、アミド基、ピロリドンカルボキシル基、エステル基、グリセリン基、ポリグリセリン基のいずれかによって変性されるHLB8以下のシリコーン活性剤の1種又は2種以上:0.01~7質量%、(b)25℃で粘度が1~100mm2/sである低粘度シリコーンオイル:1~50質量%、(c)疎水化処理無機粉体からなる紫外線散乱剤:0.01~30質量%、(d)水溶性高分子化合物:0.01~5質量%、(e)HLB10以上の非イオン性界面活性剤の1種又は2種以上:0.01~3質量%、(f)水:5~95質量%を含有し、(c)成分が実質的に油相に分散されていることを特徴とする水中油型日焼け止め化粧料。【選択図】なし
