The present invention is to provide: a novel method for manufacturing a pain relief composition using subsea topsoil or mudflat soil and seawater； a pain relief composition having an excellent pain relief effect by various minerals manufactured by the method； and especially, a pain relief pack with a novel configuration which is easy to use since the pain relief pack needs to be applied or attached to an affected area.본 발명은 해저 표토 또는 갯벌 흙과 해수를 이용하여 통증완화조성물을 제조하는 새로운 방법과 이러한 방법에 의해 제조되어 다양한 미네랄에 의한 통증완화효과가 우수한 통증완화조성물 및 휴대가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 특히, 환부에 대거나 부착시켜기만 하면 되므로 사용도 편리한 새로운 구성의 통증완화팩을 제공하는 것이다.
