The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form for administration or parenteral administration.본 발명은 염증성 장 질환 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 초파리의 장 줄기세포 분화 조절 경로인 히포 경로에 관여하는 유전자인 yorkie 및 scalloped 유전자로부터 발현된 장 줄기세포 분화 조절 폴리펩티드 및 상기 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 벡터를 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증성 장질환의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 대한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하여 현재 원인이 불명한 염증성 장질환의 관련 유전자를 확보하고, 이를 통한 신약 후보 물질 개발의 토대를 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
