PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe or the like whose light reflection layer is hard to be peeled off and has a light reflection layer excellent in reliability.SOLUTION: A probe includes: an element 101 which has one or more cells including a first electrode provided in a substrate 100, and a vibrating membrane including a second electrode provided on the first electrode at an interval therefrom and an acoustic impedance matching layer 102 which is arranged on the element.
