The device further includes at least one base incorporating the control circuit and the measurement circuit, and a housing suitable for receiving an electrode assembly which includes at least one electrode of the series in a removable manner, so as to be able to connect or disconnect the electrodes to/from the control circuit and to/from the measurement circuit.
