The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration, containing sustained-release granules containing hydrochloride salt of tamsulosin. More specifically, provided are a pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration, and a production method thereof. The sustained-release granule consists of: 10-300 parts by weight of polyvinyl acetate 5-250 parts by weight of hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose and 1-450 parts by weight of a diluent, with respect to 1 parts by weight of the hydrochloride salt of tamsulosin.
