The present invention relates to a heater module for a heating device of a fluid infusion apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same, and the heater module is provided in a cartridge of a medical heating apparatus and increases the temperature of a fluid or blood to be infused into a patient by direct heating. The present invention has a laminated structure comprising: an insulating substrate a resistance pattern on which a pure metal or an alloy in which two or more metals are mixed at a certain ratio is laminated on one surface of the insulating substrate, and which has a resistance value set by length and a pattern of the cross section area an insulating layer which is applied on an upper surface of the resistance pattern using a predetermined technique, and which protects and insulates the resistance pattern a conductive layer on which a metallic material is deposited on an upper surface of the insulating layer using a predetermined technique and a thin film protective layer which is deposited on an upper surface of the conductive layer and provides insulation, waterproofness, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance to the conductive layer.
