Sound from low frequencies is generated from a sound generation unit with power of the chargeable and dischargeable battery. A launch rod is inserted, while compressing a spring, in a center space of a main body in which the oscillator and the sound generation unit are installed. The launch rod is launched as a state that a snagging protrusion is locked with a snagging groove by an operation rod is canceled. A hook is formed on an end portion of the launch rod which is connected to the main body by a wire to be returned.
