The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating fatty liver induced by uric acid. Uric acid inhibitors, oxidative stress inhibitors, or ER stress inhibitors, according to the present invention, can block each step of fat synthesis promotion in the liver induced by the uric acid, and can effectively block the accumulation of fat in the liver, which may be induced by high blood uric acid, thereby can be usefully used as a preventive or therapeutic agent for fatty liver.본 발명은 요산에 의해서 유도되는 지방간을 예방 또는 치료하기 위한 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 요산 억제제, 산화 스트레스 억제제 또는 ER 스트레스 억제제는 요산에 의해서 유도되는 간에서의 지방 합성 촉진의 각 단계를 차단할 수 있으므로 높은 혈중 요산에 의해서 유도될 수 있는 간에서의 지방 축적을 효과적으로 차단함으로서 지방간의 예방 또는 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
