PURPOSE: A composition for anionic drug delivery, containing poly lactic acid is provided to ensure high stability of anionic drugs in blood or body fluid. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anionic drug delivery contains anionic drug, cationic lipid, amphiphilic block copolymers, and polylactic acid. The anionic drug and cationic lipid form acomposite. The anionic drug is a nucleic acid material. The nucleic acid material is cholesterol, tocopherol, or fatty acid of 10-24 carbon atoms. The amphiphilic block copolymer has a hydrophilic A block and a hydrophobic B block. The hydrophilic A block is polyalkylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyacrylamide, or derivative thereof.유효성분으로서 음이온성 약물； 양이온성 지질； 양친성 블록 공중합체 및 폴리락트산을 포함하며, 상기 음이온성 약물은 상기 양이온성 지질과 복합체를 형성하고, 상기 복합체가 양친성 블록 공중합체 및 폴리락트산이 형성하는 미셀 구조 내부에 봉입된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온성 약물 전달용 조성물과 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 음이온성 약물 전달용 조성물은 음이온성 약물의 혈중 혹은 체액 내 안정성을 높일 수 있으며, 세망내피계 회피가 향상되어 음이온성 약물을 조직으로 효율적으로 전달하여 약효를 발휘하게 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
