PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stability of filling of a liquid chemical product by reducing the quantity of dissolved gas in the liquid chemical product, and prevent deformation of a plastic container filled with the liquid chemical product.SOLUTION: A liquid chemical including an organic solvent is deaerated after being prepared, and left at rest or stirred under normal atmospheric pressure or increased pressure so that gas can be re-dissolved into the liquid chemical.
