The apparatus (10) comprises a bearing structure (11) and lighting means (LP), which are suited to emit an artificial light. The apparatus (10) is characterised in that it comprises lighting means (LP) associated with ventilation means (VLT), which are mounted on said bearing structure (11) and are suited to help the grass belonging to the grass surface (MTE) grow.
