The present invention relates to a variable-volume type fumigation booth used in a fruit fumigation facility. The variable-volume type fumigation booth varies the volume of the fumigation booth during a fumigation operation to enhance the fumigation efficiency and enables the fumigation gas to be easily diffused into a fruit box. Accordingly, the fruit fumigation facility includes: multiple fumigation booths (170) arranged in the facility (100)； a chemical tank (10) storing a fruit fumigation agent； a vaporizer (30) heating the chemical liquid to heat and vaporize the liquid thereof； a fumigation gas supply line (50) supplying the fumigation gas vaporized in the vaporizer (30) into the fumigation booths (170)； an air supply line (90-10) supplying air into the fumigation booths (170)； and an exhaust line (110-1) discharging the fumigation gas to the outside of the facility (100) after the fumigation operation is completed.
