PURPOSE: A mobile electrostatic sprayer with enhanced moving or spraying performance is provided to supply a lot of negative charges or positive charges to liquid to charge, thereby preventing sprayed liquid from being lost in the air. CONSTITUTION: A mobile electrostatic sprayer with enhanced moving or spraying performance includes a vertical frame(10), a first moving stand(20), a second moving stand(30), nozzle stands(40,40'), rods(60,60'), a support stand(15), frontal wheels(17,17'), a handle stand(70), a rear wheel(18), and a high voltage device(80). The nozzle stands are installed on both sides of the vertical frame. A liquid supply hose(90) is formed on the lower side of the vertical frame. Each end of the rods rotate on both sides of the second moving stand. A handle(71) and a guide unit(72) are formed in the handle stand. The high voltage device is installed on one side of the handle stand and applies a high voltage to an electrostatic spraying nozzle(50).본 발명은 압력을 가진 액체를 공급받아 분사하되, 분사되는 액체에 다량의 음(-)전하 또는 양(+)전하를 공급하여 분사된 액체가 음(-)전하 또는 양(+)전하가 띄도록 하전시킴으로써 분사된 액체가 비상하여 멀리 날아가지 않고 근처에 있는 농작물에 날아가도록 하는 농기구용 정전 정전분사장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 분사되어 분무상태인 액체에 다량의 음전하 또는 양전하를 공급하여 하전된 분무상태의 액체(액적)를 농작물에 공급하여 비상하여 멀리 날아감으로써 손실되는 1차적인 단점과 다른 농작물에 피해를 주는 2차적인 단점을 해결하되, 분사되는 위치를 조절함으로써 보다 효과적으로 단점을 해결할 수 있도록 한 농기구용 이동 정전분사장치에 관한 것이다.
