The present invention relates to a skin care device by light irradiation. Especially, the present invention relates to a device which has a camera module in a light irradiation device and observes a skin condition in real time in a light irradiation process for emitting light for skin care. The present invention relates to a skin care device by light irradiation which observes a skin condition in real time. The skin care device includes: a frame which has a shape separated with a predetermined distance from the skin of a human body which is a care object； a light source which is arranged in the frame to emit light to a part of the human body which faces the frame； a camera module which is located in a part facing the skin of the frame to photograph the kin on the human body； an image signal transmission part of the camera module； a display part which displays the image signal with an image； and a control device which controls the frame, the light source, the camera module, the image signal transmission part, and the display part.
