PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a generation rate of measuring failures of food materials, or prevent generation of measuring failures.SOLUTION: In a body base 42 constituting a food material measuring part B of a food material measuring and dishing device 1 for measuring boiled rice, a plurality of through holes 42b are provided below a container placement part 41a of a load cell 41. With this, even when a foreign material such as rice lees enters into the inside of the food material measuring part B from a gap between a measuring table 40 and a cover 43 of the food material measuring part B, the foreign material is discharged to the outside from the through holes 42b of the body base 42, and the foreign material is not interposed between the container placement part 41a of the load cell 41 and the body base 42.
