To provide a scanning ophthalmologic photographing apparatus and ophthalmologic apparatus capable of suitably photographing a stereoscopic image.SOLUTION: A scanning ophthalmologic imaging apparatus (ophthalmologic apparatus) 1 includes a light source 2, a light projection optical system 10, a scanning unit 20, a light-receiving element 30, a light-receiving optical system 40, a light beam switching unit 50, and a CPU 61. The light source 2 emits photographing light. The light projection optical system 10 projects photographing light onto a tissue. The scanning unit 20 scans the photographing light on the tissue. The light-receiving element 30 receives reflected light of the photographing light reflected by the tissue and outputs a light-receiving signal. The light-receiving optical system 40 guides the reflected light to the light-receiving element 30. The light beam switching unit 50 switches the beam of the photographing light projected onto the tissue and the beam of the reflected light between left beam and right beam having a parallax therebetween.
