The emulsions according to the present invention contain the lipophilic active ingredient completely dissolved into the hydrophobic internal phase stabilised by a polymeric surfactant. The presence of this polymer around the hydrophobic droplets avoids the migration of the active ingredient into the external hydrophilic phase and, consequently, its re-crystallization.La présente invention concerne des émulsions huile dans leau à libération modifiée qui délivrent des médicaments à un tissu cible. Les émulsions selon la présente invention contiennent le principe actif lipophile complètement dissous dans la phase interne hydrophobe stabilisée par un surfactant polymère. La présence de ce polymère autour des gouttelettes hydrophobes évite la migration du principe actif dans la phase hydrophile externe et, en conséquence, sa recristallisation.
