The present invention relates to a nematode separating apparatus. According to the present invention, a plurality of funnels are stably placed in an inner space of a chamber when applying Baermann nematode separation method for a microscopic examination of a plant parasitic nematode. Also, a hot water is supplied after a sample is seated, such that the sample is immersed. In addition, the inside of the chamber is maintained at a constant temperature for a predetermined time to assist swimming of nematode so as to collect the nematode in a petri dish marked in a lower compartment, and then the sample is removed. Also, a funnel is washed by washing water, the inside of the chamber is heated at high temperatures to be dried and sterilized, and then is waiting for the next microscopic examination. The nematode separating apparatus of the present invention comprises: a chamber (10) having a door (12) which can be opened, on a front surface thereof； a funnel holder (20) and a support (30) installed inside the chamber (10) to allow a funnel (F) and a petri dish (D) to be respectively placed thereon； a water supply hose (40) installed at an upper portion of the funnel holder (20) to supply hot water and washing water to the funnel (F)； a drain hole (50) installed at a lower portion of the chamber (10)； a heater (60) for maintaining the inside of the chamber (10) in a predetermined temperature state； and a fan (70) for air circulation.본 발명은 식물 기생 선충의 현미경 검정을 위한 베르만 선충분리법 적용시 다수의 깔때기를 챔버 내부의 공간에서 안정되게 안치시킬 수 있고, 시료안치 후 온수가 공급되어 시료를 침수시키며, 정해진 시간동안 챔버 내부가 일정한 온도를 유지하여 선충의 유영을 도울 수 있도록 하여 하부 칸에 마킹된 페트리 디쉬에 채취한 후 시료를 제거한 다음, 세척수로 깔때기를 세척하고, 챔버 내부를 고온으로 가열하여 건조 및 멸균을 한 후, 다음 검경을 대기할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 전면에 개방가능한 도어(12)가 구비된 챔버(10)와, 상기 챔버(10)의 내측에 설치되어 각각 깔때기(F)와 페트리 디쉬(D)가 안치되는 깔때기 거치대(20) 및 받침대(30)와, 상기 깔때기 거치대(20) 상부에 설치되어 깔때기(F)에 온수와 세척수를 공급하는 급수호스(40)와, 상기 챔버(10)의 하부에 설치되는 배수구(50)와, 상기 챔버(10) 내부를 일정 온도 상태로 유지하기 위한 히터(60) 및 공기순환용 팬(70)을 포함한다.
