PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool cooling-target units mounted on a rotation unit more efficiently or to damp the noises of the apparatus.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus according to the embodiment includes a rotation unit and fins. The rotation unit holds cooling-target units in a rotatable state.
