The present invention relates to a moxibustion device which performs a moxibustion for occurring biological responses through a heat stimulus on skins, does not use an adhesive and is fixed to a body in a vacuum suction method, thereby preventing damage from the adhesive. The device comprises: a mounting unit (10) which is a cylindrical shape and has a moxibustion member (50) be inserted and a suction fixing unit (20) which is extended and formed in a lower part of the mounting unit (10) to apply heat of the moxibustion device (50) to a part to be operated, and is vacuum sucked on the part to be operated. The mounting unit (10) comprises: a big diameter part (12) in an upper part thereof to which the moxibustion member (50) is inserted and a small diameter part (13) which has a smaller diameter than the moxibustion member (50) to be mounted thereon.
