In the present invention, provided is an apparatus for cultivating cephalopods in a state of smoothly circulating water, comprising a container in which each cephalopod inhabits a lid which is formed to inject feed to the container and a plurality of through holes formed on the container and the lid wherein the diameter of the upper surface on the container is bigger and a sea water discharge part on lower part of the container is a wide, top and narrow bottom shape. In the shape of the container of the apparatus for cultivating cephalopod, an upper part which is a sea water inlet part has a larger diameter, and a lower part which is a sea water outlet part has a smaller diameter to smoothly circulate sea water. Therefore, the water speed in the sea water inlet part with the lid is slower by the principle of Bernoulli, and the water speed in the sea water outlet part that cephalopods inhabit is faster.
