PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiencies from sterilization through drying to preservation of seed rice in facilities for sterilizing and drying seed rice with which seed rice is sterilized and dried and then has to be preserved until a shipping day.SOLUTION: The system for sterilizing and drying seed rice comprises immersing net bags (f) storing seed rice in warm water and sterilizing the seed rice by a sterilization apparatus (22), after the sterilization, dehydrating the seed rice by a dehydrator (23), after the dehydration, drying the seed rice by a drying apparatus (24), after the drying, holding a plurality of the net bags of the seed rice at a time in a state in which the seed rice is bagged in the net bags (f) in a storage vessel (g) as it is and storing the seed rice in a refrigerator (28).COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】種籾を消毒して乾燥する施設について、種籾は消毒及び乾燥を行なった後に、出荷日まで貯蔵する必要があるが、は種籾の消毒から乾燥そして貯蔵までの作業能率を向上させることを課題とする。【解決手段】種籾を収容した網袋(f)を消毒装置(22)で温湯に浸漬して消毒し、該消毒後に脱水装置(23)で脱水し、該脱水後に乾燥装置(24)で乾燥し、該乾燥後に種籾が網袋(f)内に袋詰めされた状態のまま複数個ずつ収容容器(g)に収容されて貯蔵庫(28)に貯蔵することを特徴とする種籾消毒乾燥システムとする。【選択図】 図1
