PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum condition, in particular an optimum salinity concentration, of ozone nanobubble water optimized for each purpose, though strong sterilizing effect of the ozone nanobubble water containing stabilized ozone nanobubbles is conventionally used for application to a medical field such as periodontal disease treatment.SOLUTION: A composition for inhibiting bladder cancer proliferation includes nanobubbles, which are formed by crushing ozone microbubbles and stably exist, in water with a salinity concentration of 1-2%. When the composition is used with an anticancer agent diluted thereby, its inhibition effect can be enhanced further.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】安定化したオゾンナノバブルを含有しているオゾンナノバブル水の強力な殺菌効果を利用して歯周治療等、医療分野に応用している例は従来からあるが、オゾンナノバブル水を、夫々の用途に対して最適化したオゾンナノバブル水の条件、特に、その塩分濃度の最適条件は提案されていない。【解決手段】本発明では、塩分濃度が1%から2%の水中に、オゾンマイクロバブルの圧壊により形成されて安定化して存在するオゾンナノバブルが含有されている組成物を膀胱癌増殖抑制用として提案している。本発明の組成物は抗癌剤を希釈して使用することにより、抑制効果を更に高めることができる。【選択図】図3
