The present invention relates to compositions and methods that promote the induction of IL-12 in a patient. The composition includes activated allogeneic cells that are administered to a patient with a disease such as cancer. Administration of the composition skews the patient’s immune response to a Th1 environment and produces detectable levels of IL-12 in the patient’s plasma, without any IL-12 related toxicity.本發明係關於促進患者之IL-12誘導之組成物及方法。該組成物包含向患有諸如癌症之疾病之患者投予的活化的同種異體細胞。投予該組成物使患者之免疫反應偏向Th1環境且在患者血漿中產生可偵測含量之IL-12而無任何IL-12相關毒性。
