PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation information processing system, an information processor and an information management device, allowing information about a rehabilitation implementation state to be shared between a patient and a hospital.SOLUTION: In the rehabilitation processing system of the present invention, a personal computer 11 includes a communication part 59 for receiving information about a menu of rehabilitation from a management server 12, and a posture diagnosis part 105 for generating information about an implementation state of rehabilitation on the basis of motion capture information. The communication part 59 transmits the information about the implementation state of the rehabilitation to the management server 12.
