PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise state and psychological state determination method for outputting a present exercise state and a present psychological state (an exercise state and a psychological state being determination objects) with respect to an exercise state and a psychological state to be reference (a correct exercise state and a better psychological state).SOLUTION: An exercise state and psychological state determination method is the method for determining or storing an exercise state and a psychological state of a primary subject on the basis of at least primary biological information obtained from a primary subject doing a predetermined exercise, determining an exercise state and a psychological state of a secondary subject on the basis of secondary biological information obtained from a secondary subject doing a predetermined exercise, and comparing the exercise state and psychological state of the primary subject with the exercise state and psychological state of the secondary subject so as to output a comparison result. Relation between previously stored myoelectric potential data and cardiac potential data of the primary subject is compared with relation between myoelectric potential data and cardiac potential data of the secondary subject doing a predetermined exercise, to thereby determine the influence of the cardiac data of the secondary subject doing a predetermined exercise on the myoelectric potential data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
