PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion support device, a motion support method and a motion support program capable of accurately determining an arm swing degree during exercise motion, appropriately transferring an exercise motion state to an exerciser, and guiding to an appropriate exercise motion state.SOLUTION: An exercise support device grasps an exercise motion state including an arm swing angle during an exercise motion of a user US on the basis of sensor data acquired from an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity sensor in a terminal attached to an upper arm of the user US, and imparts evaluation information to the arm swing angle. The exercise support device compares the arm swing angle acquired in subsequent exercise motions with the arm swing angle with the evaluation information imparted, and provides the user US with exercise support information for guiding to an appropriate exercise motion state on the basis of the result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
