In the present invention, provided is a composition for a three-dimensional ceramic scaffold, the composition comprising: i) 33.7-43.7 wt% of bio-ceramic particles ii) 31.2-41.2 wt% of a liquid-phase dispersant iii) 2.3-7.3 wt% of a viscous agent iv) 9.5-19.5 wt% of a coagulant and v) greater than 0 and less than 11 wt% of sodium alginate. According to the present invention, the composition for a three-dimensional ceramic scaffold having double pores comprises sodium alginate, capable of forming a large number of fine pores on the surface of a scaffold, and the bio-ceramic particles having structures which are the same as or similar to the main minerals forming bones of a human body. By simple processes of manufacturing slurry with the composition, providing the manufactured slurry to a polymer mold, and then performing thermal treatment and firing, an environment appropriate for promoting attachment, growth, and differentiation of cells can be provided and, in addition, the three-dimensional ceramic scaffold having double pores and excellent physical properties can be manufactured.본 발명은, i) 33.7 내지 43.7 중량%의 생체 세라믹 입자 ii) 31.2 내지 41.2 중량%의 액상 분산제 iii) 2.3 내지 7.3 중량%의 점성제 iv) 9.5 내지 19.5 중량%의 응집제 및 v) 0 초과 11중량% 미만의 알긴산 나트륨을 포함하는 3차원 세라믹 인공 지지체용 조성물을 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 이중 공극이 형성된 3차원 세라믹 인공 지지체용 조성물은, 인공 지지체의 표면에 미세 공극을 다량 형성시킬 수 있는 알긴산 나트륨과 인체의 뼈를 구성하는 주요 무기질과 동일하거나 유사한 구조를 가지는 생체 세라믹 입자를 포함하며, 상기 조성물로 슬러리를 제조하고, 제조한 슬러리를 고분자 몰드에 공급한 후, 열처리 및 소성하는 간단한 공정으로, 세포의 부착, 증식 및 분화를 촉진하기 위해 적합한 환경을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기계적 물성이 우수한 이중 공극이 형성된 3차원 세라믹 인공 지지체를 제조할 수 있다.
