The present invention relates to a compound represented by general formula I:or a stereoisomer, tautomer, hydrate, solvate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, R2, R7, W, X, Y and Z are defined within. These compounds are useful for the modulation of β-secretase enzyme activity and for the treatment of β-secretase mediated diseases, including Alzheimers disease (AD) and related conditions.
