PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massage device capable of preventing reduction of a massage effect due to influence of a shape of a lower limb to be massaged.SOLUTION: An air massage device 1 includes: a pair of boots 20 in bilateral symmetry constituted by fabric three-dimensionally sewn an air bag attached in the boot 20 and massaging at least one of a leg and foot and leg fastening parts 31, 32 each for fastening a leg covering part 30 so that the leg covering part 30 as a portion covering a leg in the boot 20 fits the leg.
