(A) catechol and/or pyrogallol (B) 3,4-dicaffeoyl-1,5-quinolactone (C) chlorogenic acid or an analogue thereof The ratio of the total peak area of the component (A) to the peak area of the component (B) as determined by liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry (LC-TOF/MS) of the coffee drink, namely (A)/(B) is 0-2.0 and the content of the component (C) in the coffee drink is 0.05-2% by mass.本發明之咖啡飲料係含有以下之成分(A)、(B)及(C)者:(A)選自鄰苯二酚及鄰苯三酚中之至少1種、(B)3,4-二咖啡醯-1,5-奎尼內酯、(C)漂木酸(chlorogenic acid)類,且利用液相層析法-飛行時間型質量分析法(LC-TOF/MS法)對該咖啡飲料進行分析時,成分(A)之合計峰面積與成分(B)之峰面積之比[(A)/(B)]為0~2.0,且該咖啡飲料中之成分(C)之含量為0.05~2質量%。
